HOPS Therapy Services at 305 Center Street, Seville, Ohio.

My son was a patient at this facility for 6 months. Chris was an amazing therapist. However the owner was very disappointing. I was told for 6 months every day I walked in that I did not owe anything. Then one day they have the therapist walk up to me with a huge bill. Then they threaten to take me to collections. When I confronted the owner he told me too bad and pay it right away or else. He was very threatening and unprofessional. I feel like a fool for putting so much trust in this company. He over saw my sons care and I am now questioning that because he still has a limp a year later.
I can not say how disappointing this experience has been. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants honest care.
